What these sessions are and what they are not
The therapies booked here are wellbeing and support sessions. They are not medical care: they do not diagnose, they do not treat illness and they do not replace the opinion, treatment or medication of a medical professional. If you have a health problem, your doctor comes first; this goes alongside, never instead.
Who hosts the site
The pages are served by Vercel Inc. (340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA). Appointments, client records and payments live on a dedicated server hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, in Germany (European Union), administered by Axom, the site's developer.
Intellectual property
The text, photographs, logomark, brand typeface and code on this site belong to Angela Florez or to Axom, as the case may be, and are protected. You may read it, share its links and keep a copy for your personal use. What you may not do is reproduce it, resell it or use it for a similar site without written permission.
Liability
The site is carefully maintained and regularly reviewed, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed: an outage at the host, the payment provider or the connection may take it offline for a while. If that happens with an appointment pending, the appointment still stands and is sorted out by phone.
Links out to other sites — Google Maps for directions to the practice, the payment provider, social media — open under the terms of those sites, which are outside Angela's control.
Governing law
This relationship is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, and unless consumer law requires another jurisdiction, the courts of Vigo (Pontevedra) have jurisdiction.
Privacy policy
What data is kept, why, for how long and who else sees it. In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018.

Controller: Angela Florez — Rúa de Barcelona 43, 36203 Vigo, Spain — angitaz2009@gmail.com. Technical maintenance of the site and the server is provided by Axom as data processor, under a contract that forbids it from using this data for anything else.

There are no automated decisions and no profiling, and none of this is used for advertising. Nor is data sold or shared with anyone who is not on the list below.
No tracking cookies
This site installs no advertising or third-party cookies, which is why it does not greet you with a consent banner. What it uses is the browser's own storage, for two things: keeping your session open and remembering a half-finished booking if the page reloads. The first-party analytics generates a random visit identifier that lives in the tab and dies when you close it: it does not store your IP, it does not follow you between visits and it cannot identify you.
Who else sees it
- Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Ireland) processes card payments. Angela never sees or stores your card number: payment details are collected by Stripe on its own gateway.
- Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) hosts the server holding the database and the files.
- Google Ireland Ltd. verifies your identity when you sign in with your Google account.
- Vercel Inc. (USA) serves the site's pages.
Transfers to the United States rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, failing that, on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, its correction, its erasure, the restriction of or objection to its processing, and its portability. You can also withdraw consent for the health note whenever you wish, without affecting what was done before. This is done by writing to angitaz2009@gmail.com; a reply arrives within one month at most. From "My account" you can also view and correct your record and your appointments yourself.
If you believe your data has been mishandled, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority ( Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es, C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid).
Security
All traffic is encrypted. The database applies row-level permissions: each client can only read and touch what is hers, and the health note never leaves the record of her own appointment. Angela's private area sits behind her account, a dedicated role and an access log. None of this is an absolute guarantee — there is no such thing — but it is what matches the scale and the sensitivity of what is kept.
Minors
Sessions are not booked by under-18s on their own. If the session is for a minor, the booking is made by their mother, father or guardian, who says so in the note.
Session terms
The full deal: what you pay when booking, what happens if something comes up for you, and what happens if it is Angela who cannot make it. It is the same text that appears in the box you accept before booking, here in full.
Who contracts with whom
You contract directly with Angela Florez, whose details are in the legal notice. To book you must be of legal age and sign in with a Google account, which is what lets you later view, move or cancel your appointment.
Prices and what is included
Each therapy carries its length and its price on services and in the booking itself. Prices are in euros and are final: what you see is what is charged. The price covers the session and the time reserved at the practice in Vigo; it does not include travel or products, which are bought separately.
How booking works
- You choose the therapy and the free slot that suits you.
- The slot is held for 15 minutes in your name while you finish. If the time runs out, it returns to the diary and you have to choose again.
- You fill in your details and, if you wish, the health note.
- You accept these terms and pay. The appointment is confirmed at that moment and you can see it under "My appointments".
Card payments are processed by Stripe on its own gateway. Depending on the therapy, either the full session or a deposit that holds the slot is charged; the screen tells you which of the two before you pay, with the figure shown. If the payment does not go through, the slot is released and there is no appointment.
Moving the appointment
Moving the appointment costs nothing and you do it yourself from "My appointments", up to 12 hours before the booked time. What you paid travels with the appointment to its new slot.
Cancelling
- More than 12 hours in advance. If you paid for the full session, everything is refunded except that therapy's deposit, which is what held your slot. If you only paid the deposit, the deposit is not refunded.
- Within the last 12 hours. The appointment can no longer be moved or cancelled from the site, and if you do not come nothing is refunded: that slot can no longer be given to anyone else.
- If Angela cancels. Everything you paid is refunded, or another slot is found for you, whichever you prefer.
Refunds go back the same way you paid and take as long as your bank takes, normally between three and ten working days.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have fourteen calendar days to withdraw from a service contracted at a distance, without giving reasons (articles 102 onwards of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007). There is one exception that applies here almost always and is worth knowing: when the session is for a specific date and time, article 103.l) excludes the right of withdrawal, just as with a ticket or a hotel booking. In that case the cancellation rules above apply, which over longer notice periods are more generous than the statutory one.
If the session does not yet have a date assigned, you can withdraw by writing to angitaz2009@gmail.com within those fourteen days and the full amount is refunded.
Your side
Little is asked of you: arrive on time, mention anything about your health that should be known before starting, and say as soon as you can if you will not be able to come. Arriving late does not extend the session: the next slot belongs to someone else.
Complaints and disputes
If something has gone wrong, the short route is to write to angitaz2009@gmail.com or call +34 658 691 333; you will always get an answer. If that does not resolve it, the European online dispute resolution platform is available to you at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, as are the official complaint forms of the Xunta de Galicia. None of this removes your right to go to court.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the new version is published with its date. Your appointment is governed by the version you accepted when you booked it, not by any that comes later.
